We are writing this letter to express out total satisfaction with the dedication to service and quality craftsmanship of J&S Security Doors. When we were shopping for security doors and windows (following a burglary to our home), we chose J&S Security Doors over three other estimates for four reasons: 1) they were, by far, the most thorough in assessing our requirements and measuring our openings; 2) they were members of the local Better Business Bureau; 3) they were the only bidder who, in addition to installing them, made their doors and windows locally, and; 4) their bid was competitive with the others.

Now that the security doors and window guards are installed, we could not be happier with our choice. J&S Security Doors exceeded our expectations. Not only did they install a quality, locally manufactured product, they assisted us with decisions regarding color, configuration, etc., to ensure we got, not only a product that served its intended security purposes, but also enhanced the appearance of our home. The fact that J&S locally manufactures their doors and windows gives them the flexibility to custom design whatever the customer wants, and their years of experience allow them to advise and assist each customer in making the correct choices to meet the requirements of their particular application.

We were very concerned that window guards would impart an "institutional" look to our home. Gene and Kathy Martin, the owners of J&S Security Doors, recommended alternatives to the traditional vertical "jail bar" look that match and complement the colors and window configurations of our home and actually enhance the curb appeal of the windows rather than detract from them. At the same time, they preserved our views through "view" windows, so we can still enjoy looking on the activities in the front and back yards without feeling that we're looking from the inside of a jail. While their customizations actually enhanced the appearance of our home, we sacrificed none of the security and sense of "safe haven" we were seeking. Only J&S Security Doors was able to give us a security solution customized to our unique requirements.

In summary, we are so satisfied with the security doors and window guards installed on our home by J&S Security Doors that we are happy to show them off.
